Reservation Policies

Sites will not be held without a deposit of $50.00 & received a minimum of 5 days in advance of arrival.
Cancellations accepted 5 days in advance with a refund minus $10.00 handling fee.
No refunds or credit given if cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to arrival.
Prices listed do not include sales tax.
Seasonal rates include weekends during the season and two weeks’ vacation time.
Additional time over two weeks will be charged $200.00 per season.
