Reservation Policies
- Sites will not be held without a deposit of $50.00 & received a minimum of 5 days in advance of arrival
- Cancellations accepted 5 days in advance with refund minus $10.00 handling fee.
- No refunds or credit given if cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to arrival.
- Prices listed do not include sales tax
- Seasonal rates includes weekends during the season and two weeks vacation time.
